Quality Objectives

As we aim to meet the proposed quality policies then our organization concern in three difference major quality aspects .

1. Customer aspect
We try to reach customer needs through the customer satisfaction survey, to be done by marketing department. In our organization, every department is involved in the customer needs and customer complaints to reach the customer satisfaction.

2. Internal process aspect
Every month a steering committee is organized to discuss and solve all the routine problems occurred during the working process moreover we aim to implement changes to our working process according to the conclusion from every fraction of our workforce.

3. Learning and improving aspect
We realize that shared vision from our staff are very important, so we implement learning organization and let our staff learn from each other and make continuous improving process to meet the best quality. The indicator of this aspect is measured by internal communication record in management review.
